Open Budgets: every public peso, token, or grant that opts into CADENA must flow through on-chain budget modules, producing a citizen-readable ledger of allocations and spending.
Verified Identity: citizens and institutions can build layered digital identities, starting from wallet-based profiles and extending—where lawful—into stronger KYC and biometrics via privacy-aware systems.
